... Two weather systems to impact the west through mid-week...

The first of two weather systems will bring some light snow to the
far west later Monday night into Tuesday. Accumulations of 1 to 3
inches are expected in the mountains with a dusting to around an
inch in the lower elevations.

A more potent storm system is expected to arrive later Tuesday
night and Wednesday with significant snowfall possible. Early
indications point to 6 to 10 inches in the mountains with up to a
foot in The Tetons. The far west valleys and lower elevations will
likely see 3 to 5 inches with locally higher amounts. This storm
system will be accompanied by strong west winds of 25 to 45 mph
in the mountains with 15 to 30 mph across the lower elevations
causing areas of blowing snow. Roads will likely become slick and
snow covered, especially with this second system.
