Winter Storm Warning, Wind Chill Advisory
Issued: 10:43 AM MST Feb. 16, 2019 – National Weather Service

... Winter Storm Warning now in effect until 3 PM MST this
afternoon...

... Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect from 8 PM this evening
to 5 am MST Monday...

* what... very cold wind chills expected. Snow ending early this
afternoon. Additional snow accumulations of up to one inch.
Wind chills as low as 35 below zero expected.

* Where... Judith Basin and Chouteau.

* When... for the Winter Storm Warning, until 3 PM MST this
afternoon. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 8 PM this evening
to 5 am MST Monday.

* Additional details... plan on slippery Road conditions. The
dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed
skin in as little as 10 minutes.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Storm Warning for snow means severe winter weather
conditions will make travel very hazardous or impossible. If you
must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food and water in your
vehicle in case of an emergency.

A Wind Chill Advisory means that cold air and the wind will
combine to create low wind chills. Frostbite and hypothermia can
occur if precautions are not taken. Make sure you wear a hat and
gloves.
