Issued: 4:04 AM CDT Oct. 20, 2018 – National Weather Service

... Becoming windy and colder this afternoon...

gusts of 40 mph as a strong cold front moves through the region.
Showers are expected to develop and a few of these may produce
thunder along with small ice pellets and even brief snow showers.
