... Winter Weather Advisory in effect until midnight CST tonight...

* what... mixed precipitation. Snow and sleet accumulation of one
half to one inch is possible, possibly up to as much as two
inches in the higher terrain. Ice accumulation of a light glaze
to less than a tenth of an inch.

* Where... portions of north central and northeast Arkansas.

* When... until midnight CST tonight.

* Additional details... plan on slippery Road conditions,
especially on elevated roads and bridges. Be prepared for
reduced visibilities at times.

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow, sleet or
freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for
slippery roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while
driving. Be sure to check Road conditions before traveling in

Flood Warning
Issued: 9:32 AM CST Feb. 19, 2019 – National Weather Service

... Flood Warning extended until further notice... the Flood Warning
continues for
the Black River at Pocahontas.
* Until further notice... or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 9:00 am Tuesday the stage was 20.6 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
* Forecast... the river will continue to fall to a stage of 20.3 feet
by Wednesday morning. Additional rainfall is forecasted at the end
of the week. Continue to monitor latest forecasts for any updates.
* Impacts at 20.0 feet... flooding of backwater up tributaries is
spreading into lands along the current, Fourche, and black rivers.
Water is spreading towards the northern edge of the Airport.
